These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products (including work bags, travel bags, handbags, gym bags, and laptop bags, collectively “Products”) from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order with Dagne Dover, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18).
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing your order (including name, shipping address, billing address, and payment details).

This email will include your order number, a list of purchased Products, total amount charged, and shipping details. Please note: The order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order—it is a confirmation that we have received your request. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., if Products are out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or we cannot verify your payment information) and will notify you via email if your order is rejected.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing

  • All Product prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax (where required by law). Shipping costs, duties, or import fees (for international orders) are additional and will be calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change Product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you submit your order (unless there is a pricing error, as outlined below).

If we identify a pricing error after you submit your order, we will notify you immediately. You may choose to cancel your order or proceed at the corrected price. 5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange for most unused, unwashed, and undamaged Products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging (with tags attached) to be eligible. The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page).
  • Personalized or custom Products (unless damaged or defective upon receipt).
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered (e.g., tags removed, stains, scratches).

5.2 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the Product(s) back to us.
  3. Package the Product(s) securely and include the return authorization number on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the Product is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item—we will cover return shipping costs in these cases).

5.3 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned Product(s) (and confirm they meet eligibility requirements), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution).
  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement Product(s) once we receive and approve the returned item(s). Shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by us (unless you are exchanging for a different size/color that requires additional fees, which will be communicated to you in advance).

6. Product Availability & Backorders

  • Product availability is indicated on each Product page (e.g., “In Stock,” “Out of Stock,” “Pre-Order”). We strive to keep inventory information up to date, but stock levels may change quickly.
  • If a Product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock after we confirm your order, we will notify you via email. You may choose to:
    • Cancel the out-of-stock item(s) and receive a full refund for those items.
    • Wait for the Product to be restocked (we will provide an estimated restock date and ship the item(s) once available, with no additional charges).

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color), please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged/defective Product or the incorrect item (to help us resolve the issue quickly).

We will arrange for a replacement Product to be shipped to you at no cost, or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) at your request. You may be asked to return the damaged/defective/incorrect item(s) to us, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

8. Cancellations

If your order has not been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately. If processing has begun, we will cancel the order as soon as possible and refund the full amount.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it. You may return the Product(s) in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy (Section 5).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dagne Dover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, inconvenience, or damage to other property) arising from your purchase, use, or inability to use our Products, or from delays in shipping or delivery.
